Entrance to proPSI is exclusively for persons directly engaged in supplying and/or distributing products and services in the promotional products industry.
Extra Exposure Services
Our Extra Exposure services offer you as an exhibiting company a wide range of marketing opportunities before and during the proPSI. Make use of the following marketing services to optimize your presentation and to attract visitor attention.
Advertising in the exhibition catalogue:
Circulation: 8.000 hard copies distributed to all visitors of proPSI
Approximately 30.000 digital copies to distributors in whole Europe
Language: English
Catalogue format: A4, full color. The catalogue will contain: first part editorial information about the promotional products sector, trade show news etc. Second part will be the catalogue part where all exhibitors will be listened in alphabetical order of appearance.

1/1 page full color: EUR 1.250,-
½ page full color: EUR 695,-

Placing banner on the website: EUR 1.000,- (for the duration 4 months period)
Placing banner in newsletter: EUR 250,- (per news letter edition, approx to 30.000 distributors)

Address your customers directly! The exhibitor bag will be handed out to every visitor to make remember every visitor your presentation after the show, make sure each Exhibition Bag contains a product, leaflet or brochure from your company.

Rate: EUR 1.250,- per item
•· Show cases
To draw (extra) attention to your latest products and gadgets during the proPSI exhibition, rent one of the show cases placed at prominent places at the fair ground (for instance around the VIP terrace/ exhibitor lounge or at the entrance).
Each Show case is illuminated and measures 50cm by 50cm wide, 187cm height. You can decorate your show case on the 24th August (from 08.00 until 18.00). The organisers of proPSI will add your name and a reference to your stand number.
Rate: EUR 700,- per show case
All rates are net, plus VAT.
