About Milah Wouters
Through a cooperation of The Terrace (www.theterrace.nl) and the PPP (Dutch sector representative) a course about ‘Putting CSR into Practice’ is developed. Milah Wouters - owner of Fairvent and working with the Terrace - will give an introduction about CSR during a one hour session. After the introduction she will discuss with you, during an interactive session the challenges and opportunities for the sector of promotional products. In her vast experience at KPMG Sustainability she worked as a consultant with companies like Toyota, Heineken and Sara Lee. Now, she is also working with start-ups and small and medium enterprises like FairConnect and Lexro. She is working with the Terrace in developing and providing courses about CSR. She has a practical view of how to deal with CSR at companies and integrate the relevant issues with your values and way of doing business.

About René Kronenburg
Starting his career in 1984 as a consultant and manager in ICT and logistics René Kronenburg joined Mid Ocean Brands in 2000 being responsible for logistics, printing and later also ICT. As he already had many years of experience in changing and improving organizations and processes he spent about 50% of his time on improving MOB. He has managed several international sales, logistics and ICT programs and projects. Examples are the warehouse rationalization program, the introduction of the Internet Sales site and the restructuring of the printing departments in Spain and the Netherlands. In 2005 he started working as an independent consultant again and worked for PromOcean on the set up of the fulfillment warehouse for Heineken and the fulfillment operations for British American Tobacco and Bacardi. In 2008 he joined the board of PromOcean as COO where he restructured the buying processes and made the European staff join forces with the staff in China. This July he picked up his work as independent consultant again.
