Entrance to proPSI is exclusively for persons directly engaged in supplying and/or distributing products and services in the promotional products industry.
2009 Retrospective
August 2009 in Amsterdam was a success. Despite the economic conditions, no fewer than 4,731 distributors travelled to Amsterdam to pay a visit to Pro9. 63% of the visitors came from the Netherlands and 37% came from more than 21 different European countries. Pro9 was well received by its visitors. They met 220 exhibitors, European manufacturers and suppliers of promotional products and gifts, in the Rai in Amsterdam. There were generalists as well as specialists from 17 different countries including Mid Ocean Brands, Macma, Antalis, Keback, Protrade, Pim Tekstil, Windmill Promotions and Trend Factory.
A new feature of the Pro9 was the UK pavilion. It was organised in cooperation with the British organisations BPMA and Sourcing City. The UK pavilion, which even had a British pub, accommodated 13 English suppliers. The preparations for the UK pavilion proPSI are already in full swing.
The broad setup of the trade fair (Europhal Rai - 18,000 m2) provided plenty of space and made it easy for visitors to get a good impression of the stand holders' complete range. Many of them visited the VIP/Exhibitors' lounge where they took the opportunity to get acquainted with suppliers who were often unfamiliar to them at the time, whilst enjoying a (free) drink.

Pro9 is an interesting "near-by" trade fair. In one day we could meet a lot of suppliers,
amoungst them a lot of new ones and new suppliers means new ideas, which is
exactly what we need !
All of them really took the time to give us all the necessary information and sampling.
Just great ! This fair simply must go on !
